How to transfer player(manager mode)...

Hi guys..when I want to transfer great player like iker casillas, david de gea, cristiano ronaldo(in manager mode)..they always refuse to join my team..so how to transfer these players to my team???

increase your bids into 2 and increase your proposed salary and decrease years to 2 only also increase the transfer fee ;)
