How to start the career of a created LEAGUE?

I created a League by CM07,and in the game,it said that the country has no careers available......
How to make it available?:nape:

check your tournament ID....i think it needs to be below 45 (I think) and make sure you have the appropriate box checked to have it in career mode. Also make sure your league has the appropriate country as well.
