How to set players as Free Agent?

For example:

Jadson:He plays for Brazil NT,but I Don't have Shaktar in my game.
I want to contract him in manager mode.

Is it possible to set him as a Free Agent in CM 12,without taking him of Brazil?

Ele joga na seleção,mas se eu colocar ele como Free Agent no Creation Master,ele sai da seleção!
