How To Remove "Just Joined The Squad and Can't Be Transferred"?

I want to remowe this for players who was transferred last summer window (2014). Any idea how to make this?

Don't know 100% sure it can be removed. But there are codes in gtn...xls and some in playercontract.ini.. see my uploaded vanilla files in the Better Career Patch first post. ;)
