How to put your teams on an other pc

Hi all, Long time ago i posted here somthing, well, here i am again :P

Well, i created a lot of teams with everything they need, took ne hours before everything was set as i would, now, i would like to put my settings on my new pc, so i don´t need to make all teams again, is there some possibility to do that, make a patch, or install a special file in one folder?

well, that was my question, thanks for the help
