How to play online for WE8 on the computer?

Every time I try to play online it says searching for host or client and never connects. Is there a problem with my connection or something?

u need to download a launcher mate as we8 uses direct ip connection - ie no server lobbys etc -

Barely anyone plays WE8i anymore. Some does but not via the rooms anymore. They just use the classic "pass me your IP and I'll join". But to get more players to play with just buy PES5 and since you're in the US wait for WE9i to be released on the PC.
