How to Mod Ultimate Team on the FIFA 14 Demo?

Hey guys, the FIFA 14 demo still has an ultimate team mode available which is awesome. I'm pretty new to modding/editing so I was wondering if someone could help me out with some edits?

Here's what I'm planning to do:
1. Change the menus/squad builder page to look like the XBOX ONE graphics(should be easy, considering its just a background)
2. Edit a few of the pre existing Ultimate Cards in the demo and replace them with other players in the demo

also, is it possible to use a FIFA creation master on the demo? I cant seem to figure it out

Just hoping someone sees this who has an idea about how I could go about doing this. I've not got much of an idea so any help would be greatly appreciated. I'd also be willing to pay someone to make a mod
