How to make this patch?

Hi all. I've just download some .cmp files from that topic: http://www.soccergaming.com/forums/showthread.php?t=142273

And eksported it with CM 07. I have no problem with the patches, but how to share this add-ons to my friend ? I tryed to copy to him PC files zdata_60.big, zdata_60.bh and the folder cmn into his FIFA07/ data folder, replasing the original files, but when I start match it the new stadiums prewiev is writed Missing Texture and when I start match ot that stadium on it's PC i cannot see the tribunes- only the terrain and in the place of crowd I see white!!! On my PC I Haven't got that problem!
Please help me- which files to copy to my friend so he can add this stadiums ?
