How to make Scoreboard + Popups? [HELP]

Hello everyone i have a problem i finish textures for Scoreboard + Popups but i don`t know how import in game who can tell me how to import in game thanks in advange :)

For scoreboard you must use the shawminator tool.(cg file explorer)
1 import texture
2 set the position of the numbers and colors
3 save
For popups sorry, I do not know
