How To Install Faces !!

Hello everyone
I downloaded some faces for fifa 11 , but i really don't know how to install them
someone told me to use Texture Editor to export files to game path , so i did that but didn't work , i did so with the ad-boards too but nothing worked
Here's a sample pic for the ads folder

export file to gamepatch and then click active.big files.
