How to improve creativity & flair!

I'm in my third season with spurs and none of my players have improved thier flair or creativity stats! What am i doing wrong??? PLEASE HELP!!!!

Do you mean all your players? It could be because they are all old and past it but if you are spurs i doubt it. I use the skill mode of training me but someone will come on and put me right.

I actually don't think that the creativity and flair stats improve much, no matter how you train the players...

Nope they don't, they're stats that stay the same when someone retires and the regen pops up. Buy players with better stats, and don't worry about it.

Creativity and Flair CAN improve.
I got Fiore with 18 in creativity and he started with 16 and Aghahowa with 20 in flair and he started with 19
All of this in 2003

Flair and creativity depend on the morale of the player. It cannot be trained. The higher the morale, the higher the flair and creativity will be. This has been the case for numerous of my players.

I never said it wouldn't improve at all but it improves less than other stats...
