How To Import .TTF Fonts In FIFA 19 (Frosty Editor) It Asks For .Bin Extension

I want to import a .ttf format file in FIFA 19 using a frosty editor but when I click, import it asks for .bin files
though I can clearly see.ttf format does support in FIFA 19
