How to get the best national teams to manage in GM mode in the first season?

I'm in my 1st season of GM career and now I'm getting first national teams offers but I want to manage Spain. I saved the career day before I get the offer and I tried many times to get Spain, but I'm getting Korea, China, Japan, Australia, Slovenia, etc. etc. Best teams I got offer is England, Urugay and Belgium. Is there any file which can I edit to increase my chance to get some prestigius national team? Thanks.
