How to ENJOY WC 2002

1) Dont play Professional mode. Unless you are GOD.

2) Take small teams like South Africa or Tunisia to the WC at amatuer level. It is a challedge.

3) Cross more, when you score headers, it is more fun and more sense of fulfillment

4) Sub your players, see whos on the subst, find more good players.

5) Unlock all bonus teams

On FIFA2002, i can beat teams at World Class level, after buying WC2002, i set the settings to Professional straight away. The more i play, the more frustrating i got. Pro mode is juz not for human beings. I crash out of the competition each time at 2nd round. EA made a big mistake. Therefore i tried Amatuer level to save this game. Im glad i did. I took England to the WC, score 2 headers, a Beckham freekick and made Owen top scorer. At amatuer, if you use good teams like France, you are sure to win. I finally got to see the beauty of this game. This game is ARCADE for god sake, pls stop comparing it to ISS. When the real World cup finally comes, i will be on my PC, re-enacting all the great world cup matches on my PC... The faces, the graphics, the stadiums.. it is all so realistic.... The best EA sports FIFA title to date.

The pro mode put you in position were you lead a group of
grandpaps against eleven supermans .
If you try to tackle you need 5 seconds to recover while comp
never miss his tacle not to mention that they always intercept the pass while comp passes goes thru your player .

I changed the ini so i can win (stil very hard) but there's no fun
in the game anymore .

go to the thread BETTER GAMEPLAY AND TAKE A LOOK AT THE CHANGES MADE in the ini.big .Also turn in the AI settings the passing to be assisted.You 'll feel a lot better !!!

Well I play professional mode in WC2002 and I always win, so I am GOD! HAHAHA!

I was Brazil and I beat England 6-0! The game is easy, you will get better the more you play it, you can't just go in and expect to be really good at it, everyone knows that!
