How To Edit Champions League's Anthem?

The easiest way would be to get the CL anthem (download it somewhere for example), create a playlist and save it in your music/chants folder. Then, choose it as the home team's entrance theme in the main menu before starting the match. That's how I do it.
Just change it to default (or whatever you have chosen before) after the match ends.
