How to edit captains and kickers?

I've been editing my ISS PE2 and inserting CL patch. I'm almost finishing it, still I have some doubts:

-How to assign captains so it becomes game standard?
-How to assign kickers?
-Is it possible to change the big ingame names?
-Is it possible to change the 2D shirts that apear in the pre-game options menu (when u choose time, stadium, weather, etc...)?
-Is it possible to change stadium names?

-How the hell cymonguk created Porto's kit, from what team is that 2 stripes kit? :confused:

-How to create a ppf patch? - I want to release also, maybe this way it will work with some other people.

Many questions, I know. But I'm really into this. I've been playing several Porto games and I'm loving every minute!!!

again covered in previous posts - conclusion was that this text is a graphic and nobody has been able to work out the location of the graphic or how to amend it - btw, none of the iss patches i've downloaded have had these names changed

yes - i think this is just a simple find and replace in the .bin file

If he got it from another game that means it is possible to create any kit as long as we understand the code, right?
