How To Edit Board Expectations?

Hi all,

I know you can manipulate the board expections by changing your first squad players before starting a new career/before proceeding to next season, but I wanna change the general parameter for the board expections. The game obviously has some parameters to define this expections, it must be something like: first squad ovr 70-75 = qualify for euro league, but I can't find anything in cmsettings or other .txt files. So my question to you is: do you know where I can find the board expections in the database, the .big files or anywhere else?

First thanks for your answer, I searched for the thread and found two suggestions on editing board objectives. The first is to change these lines in cmsettings.ini:

[MANAGER_SUCCESS]
LEAGUE_OBJECTIVE_WEIGHT = 45 // League Objective = 45%
DOMESTIC_CUP_OBJECTIVE_WEIGHT = 20 // Domestic Cup Objective = 20%
EUROPEAN_CUP_OBJECTIVE_WEIGHT = 35 // European Cup Objective = 35%
(...)

...but as far as I understand these lines they only have an effect on how easy you can get fired for doing bad.

The second suggestion is to change these lines in joboffer.ini:

GAP_RATIO_PERC = 50 // How much manager success is dependent on gap ratio
OBJECTIVE_PERC = 50 // How much manager success is dependent on objectives

I change them to 70/30 and later to 30/70 and started several new careers with Werder Bremen, always with the same result: Qualify for Euro League (In my game they have a Team rating of 3,5 Stars). I even tried to weaken the team by changing first squad players, but still their league objective is "Qualify for Euro League".
Do have any clou what I did wrong or what exactly I have to change to lower the objectives?

I would guess some teams have pre-defined objectives, depending on their status/overall rating within their league. Example: The best teams in any league will need to qualify for Euro League, while the lesser teams in the same league won't have that as their objective. You could try using a lower tier team and see if there's a difference. You might also want to try a test: remove the best players from a top tier team so that it lowers that team's overall rating, then see if their objectives remain the same after editing.

Did you regenerate the files after editing, don't know if you have to but I'm just asking.
