how to deal with unhappy players?

I have a few less than happy guys in my squad, and have no idea how to change this.. well on the face of it they are happy, because they have morale=superb or very good, but they have minor concerns which i don't seem to be able to do anything about:

Concerned about your withdrawal from the international squad - I have this on several players because i withdrew them for a vital CL game, and can't put them back due to that stupid bug, and i cant even use that real-time editor to do it, as the withdrawn variable only appears on one of my players!

Shocked you don't treat him as a first team regular - Ryan Giggs got this status despite playing around 60 games last season, i'm not sure how i could have given him more games without making him play in 2 positions at once..

Resigned to leaving the club - Two of my new signings, Morientes and Mexes both have this status, but they haven't said anything about having problems, so i don't know why they feel they need to leave so soon..

Anyone able to shed some light on these problems?

This happens sometimes when you have big names sitting on the bench for 2-3 games, even if this is only because he is in "need of a rest".
Usualy the player wants to speak with you and if you make the rite decision, he will be happy (again)

i have a player unhappy with me for 3 seasons now because i gave him a warning for poor performance (in the usuall CM3 method of when they get less than a 5 rating :o)

I have a player that gets p-ed off that I often sub him out of a game. He plays brilliantly for me but his stamina is so poor that his condition runs down to about 65% after 70mins, so I've not choice but to sub him then he gets miffed. His status is Unknown mind, so he's not unhappy but I think he soon could be unless his stamina improves.

I never give players a warning unless the have a performance 4-3. Ma players are always unhappy if I do that when they play with 5 (rating).

I fine who I want when I want. Sometimes if times are tough financially, I fine 2 weeks fines forever for reserves to save money!:hump:

I made that last part up, but I plan to do it if I need to.:hump:

After my player got suspended for the 5th time in one season I gave him a warning... now he's unhappy the rest of the other season.

Wayne Rooney has had "personal problems" for 2 years now!
Also, my players got annoyed when I put Dudek into the reserves for a reserve game and offered him to clubs. (as I have Kirkland/Isaksson)

My players always get unhappy all at once. They said I should be more patient with my staff, while i did nothing special with my staff.

i offered a contract to a player for 4 years and he signed it, then the next day hes unhappy and wants a new contract and its been like that for years now.

yeah i know when i got wolves promoted in our 2nd season in the premiership we finished 3RD! i mean thats amazing for wolves we even won the league cup and every single one of my player were unhappy so i restarted. and now i've made a couple of new signing and their morale is instantly very low, even my new striker who has scored 5 goals in 3 appearances (2 as a substitute).
