How To Create Ramires Again?

Find a database file where he was still in the game and create a cmp patch with him using creation master 16, then import that patch to the database you use to play.
But if you use online squads it won't work.

For deleted players you need to search for earlier dates in the sofifa.com menu (there's a menu type in the top with the weekly updates dates.)
Select one from before the game got the winter transfers and you should fnd your players there.
I'd use the cmp patches method instead of creating players manually in CM 16 though

Option A which is the worse because you have to keep pressing the key from the initial of the player's name (in Ramires case the "R") until you find him in the players list;
Option B where you have to delete players from the list but is much faster and easier because you don't need to look for the players in the list

He's not in your game because you're using a squad file and not the default database.
Put origin offline everytime you're playing with an edited database, otherwise the game will load the matchday stuff and your edits won't show. Even if you transfer him using CM he won't appear because that squad file doesn't have him. EA doesn't change the db when they add or edit players through matchday squads
I found very easy way to put them back in game
CM16>>file>>fifa16>>online update>>update roster only>>teams(i chose york city 4th league in england)>>roster i found ramires,teixeira>>transfer and after that i have them back in game
But when i start the game it says squads 1 are damaged(how to fix this?)

That message that says "squads 1 is damaged" is because the last save was done using an unedited db. That's the way it is.
You should only save squads or create career saves after you're sure that you won't mess up with the db anymore

If you didn't make a backup of the default db before doing any kind of editing you should only have fifa_ng_db.db, fifa_ng_db.db.bak (which is the backup created by CM 16 after each time you save using the program), cards_ng_db.db and their respective xml descriptor files in your db folder
