How To Create CMP Patch From The World Tour 2001 Patch

mi question is how can i create a CMP patch from the World Tour 2011, this is a patch of National Teams, i ask this because i have tried create a patch with CM11, i have installed the Exe patch, but then i open the CM11 to edit and to see the new national teams added but it only appears which ones come with FIFA11, we see if you can help me, thank you bye.
