How To Create A Theme?

I downloaded a theme from Moddingway website and it contained a couple of .BIG files which I could open in File Explorer. Does anyone know how to replace the images in these files with my own in File Explorer? The files in the theme are:

game/background/backgroundbootflow.big
game/background/backgroundcareer.big
game/background/backgroundfifa.big

and

game/screens/bootflow/language.big
game/screens/bootflow/legal.big
game/screens/bootflow/presstart.big

Yes but when I open the files, there are lots of numbers underneath. I remember in FIFA 13 you replaced certain numbers with your images.. now I am not sure.

Never mind, I found a different way (probably more complicated than it should be) to open the image inside a .BIG file. Thanks anyways.
