How to create a scoreboard? Or at least change its color?

I wanted to know how to create a scoreboard, or change the color, especially in the Premier League, I was only able to change some parts from purple to blue, but not others. Help me!

To create or modify a Premier League scoreboard and change the colors, you will need a graphic design program such as Adobe Photoshop. Open the image, use the selection tools to select specific areas and change the color using adjustment layers or direct color correction. This can be done in the built-in Paint image editor. You just need to select the desired area and paint it in the desired color. Photoshop can be too complicated for beginners. But it is more flexible.
