How do I create the teams for it?How can i make its kits?

u can see how to make your kits by downloading the fifa kit tutorial by clicking here
or you could go to soccergaming.com and search for "tutorial" under FIFA 2004...

Can you create it with creation centre 2004?I have most of the kits for the teams but I still need to make the teams and the new league.
