how to convert the replays?

i have seen many videos uploaded on youtube etc.how do you people convert these replays in videos(format like wmv,mpeg etc)?

With programs like Fraps. Then when it has recorded, load the video into windows movie maker, or ulead (or whatever video editing program you use) and then make the video.
