how to convert face

i know the format is change but maybe we can chage it with any tool of software.is it possible to conver pes2009 face file format into 3dmax?becaz from 3dmax file can be conver into .o format i think

cause i am having trouble installing mine so an intsalled version would be great. and i tried to find some way in converting the .bin file to .bin/png/jpg etc etc bt i couldnt.....
and the pestooedit never worked for me. it always gt stuck. maby u could try.
