how to convert bmp to bin and vice versa??

coz when i try to search it says the words have to be at least 4 letters....wont search for bin

arrey rahul bhaiyaa its usually done with a app called "WEPicture Decoder" try to find that and u shall find the tutorial alongwith it,cheers
