No, I don't know how to contact them but I wish I did!!
I guess PES is my favourite game...it's got it's problems but it's the one I go back to play most.
But it could be much better, not just gameplay issues but some simple options/editors to allow us far more flexibility and fun.
I just wish there was a way to contact the KCET team in order to set up a wish-list for features for the next release. I would be very disappointed if PES 2 had improved gameplay but still just had the Master League and the same handful of international sides that it has always had.
The African Cup of Nations has just started but trying playing it on PES...man, what a disaster.
In this age of the internet, many other games developers are now in much more contact with their customers via on-line forums. On these forums, they get feedback on problems with current products and can work on patches to fix bugs and also to gather opinions about possible enhancements for future releases. Some companies are now very good at this and play a very active role in the forums. Perhaps KCET have a Japenese forum but it would be bad news if future releases of PES were based on the Japanese viewpoint of football (no offence to the Japs but you wouldn't have a British forum to find out what features people wanted for an American Football game).
There are so many little things which could very easily be added to PES to make it much more enjoyable. The lack of options in PES is poor but do KCET realise this?? Is anybody telling them?? Can anyone tell them?
Why are there so few clubs sides? Why so few international sides? Why can't we have much better customisable tournaments instead of the usual crappy cups? Why can't we have proper seasons where you play league and cup football & European cup with club sides?Why no team editor? Strip editor? Why are the weather effects so crap - the rain looks dreadful - why no cloudy/foogy/icy/etc weather? Why is there no ref or linesmen on the pitch? Why are all the pitches the same size? Why so few stadiums? Why are all the stadiums huge full-houses? Where's the 4th offical to tell us how much injury time is to be added? Why are the refs so biased? Why can't we have replays on demand?
Many of these are just simple things which don't take any great programming effort compared with AI and other gameplay issues.
