how to advance to world cup?

i have the pc version. usa advance from the concacaf tournament and was asked to save. but it takes me to the main menu. how do i continue to play? do i have to play the gold cup first?

There is no World Cup in fifa2002. The only thing you can do is download fifaFX and get the world cup patch. That way you can play with the USA in the world cup.

Well, the answer is simple, u can't play the world cup, this tournament is not available, and is not unlockable like gold cup or confederations cup.

But u can download the FIFA FX World Cup 2002 patch, or wait a little bit for the socceracces one.
