How to add national team??

I am new to this forum and I didn't know where to post my question, but I think it's ok here...

I wanted to ask... is there any possibility of adding a national team to FIFA 2010?? It's annoying that Serbia isn't part of the game, despite qualifying for the WC 2010.

Can someone tell me what's necessary to add Serbia ??

I think you will need CM 10 and a patch in cmp with Serbia!

Thanks for the answer... I have CM 10.... but how can I make a patch in cmp ??
