i have file DDS, put file in data\ui\imgAssets\heads , but it wrong

I suggest you to fully export all minifaces from both big files into the folder and then delete both big files or rename them to keep a backup copy.
In this way you never have to regenerate for minifaces again. Just replace them in the folder.
There are errors in a lot of regenerators regarding minifaces. FileMaster doesn't even regenerate the head files and also put them back to default if you regenerate any other big file. FHL bh Editor works if you regenerate only the head files but if you regenrate all bh files with it, it also set the head.bh back to default.
So try my suggestion and export them all, remove the big file and you are good to go

Oh that's a good tip! I also keep facing that problem and have to regenerate the minihead files manually when I regenerate my game.
You know, when I decided to try editing FIFA 16 (i.e. two weeks ago), I searched the forum, and the latest more or less comprehensive guide I found was the FIFA 13 How To Thread (not sure whether my searching skills were at fault or whatever). It didn't mention anything about minifaces, though, them being my main concern.
Ah well, I had to piece things together from odds and ends in different threads all over the site. After a couple hours I got the general idea and proceeded by trial and error. When I got to the point of "save your miniface as DDS" I was greeted by a ton of settings I couldn't know less about. In every piece of information I found it said just "save as DDS", no mention of any settings. Fine, trial and error it is, again. Everything worked out in the end, though but for my deep hatred of blank minifaces, I would've given up like thrice along the way.
My point is, this site sure could do with a bit less whining about posting in correct threads and forums and a bit more guides and tutorials neatly organized and stickied in Editing Forums for newbies like me or taolunmactao93 to stop asking questions in all the wrong places.

I created a player (Fridjonsson, Icelandic) and he was given a mini face of a black person by the game, I've seen reddit threads where this is a known issue. So I researched how to change it and once I got the file done I then found out that, insanely but apparently true, fifa gives new IDs to created players after every match. Wth?
Or is there actually a way to give a created player his real miniface?

But you can install them easily enough with i68controller, launch it, click install, choose all the files you want to install (just have them all together in one folder), then once it's done thinking click install again and that actually installs them to the correct folders, then click regenerate.
