I got someone to bid 400 K for a 380 K player(3 days left), who was 25, so you should probably list him a bit higher then he is. I know when I first joined(back with ASCP), I bid 60 K for a 90 K player and it was hardly worth it, but newbies now are always looking at balls rather then age above all, and sadly, the only point he has is keeping. I'm sure a typical newbie would pass over his form and stamina. But still sell him while you can get big bucks.
