how many points do you have to allocate to staff?

How many points do you get if you win a game??
I am Boston in the first season and if I win a game I only get about 5 to allocate. Is this the same for everyone????

Which staff should I allocate to first, which order???

If you win by a large margin you will get more upgrade points..
In your first season it is best to points to the finance department because you will most likely stay with that club in your next season.. this way you will have more money to spend when you get to your new club..
