How good is the built in editor for FIFA 2004?

I have yet to try FIFA 2004, but compared to WE7 how good is the player appearance editor? Are there just as many hair and facial types?

there is non ingame, but there is outside and its the CC2004.

it has 25 faces, 6 facial hairs, 11 hair types and 4 or 5 hair colors
