é isso ocorre com algumas faces mas espessificamtente o head de versões anteriores que são que foram criadas personalizadas no blender e que só serve pro fifa 15 e 14. Tem que achar um 3d head do proprio fifa 16 mas parecido pra poder usar ela no fifa 16.
