How do you put players up for sale?

I've just started a 4-star ML season and have found that many of my players suck...AND are over-priced (big time).

I've had offers for two of my players, but don't know how to put the more expensive ones up for sale. In reality, I just don't want to have to pay part of their salary to get rid of them.

Also, do you no longer get discounts on players that belong to your club? Is there any real significance in choosing a club in WE7?

Also, do you pay a player's salary every game, regardless of whether he plays? I seem to recall you only paid if he played in WE6, but with all the salary differences I'm not sure about WE7.

Transfer Point for players that have no club team...just how low can you go? I'm not sure how that would work.

And...um...is Ortega really a better ball handler/dribbler than Zidane?

u can reduce their salary, release the players or put the in the release list (i think this last option lets the other teams know that the player is for sale)
