How do you play Online?

I click Play Online and it gives me this message saying that something needs to be installed.

Can someone tell me what has to be installed and how to do it?

When you first installed the game, after copying the files from the 2CDs, you had the option to install EA's Online Matchmaking Tools or something similiar.
