How do u insert or put in boots or a boots patch? Please help me...

How do u insert boots into PES4? I used to be able to do it with an old version of afs explorer, but now i cant get it to work....I would import the afs file with the 0 text file found in the dat folder. It would open and then I would search for the spike_ee_tex files and then import the files, and it would work. But now afs explorer wont let me do that( new or old version). When I search for the file, it cant be found. Its like the 0 text somehow changed. I download 2 programs, DKZ studio and another from socceraccess.net(cant remember the name). anyway, I dont understand how to use the , plus the DKZ studio isnt even in english, so I cant read it. WILL ANYONE PLEASE TELL ME OF A PROGRAM i CAN USE AND/OR HOW TO INSERT THE BOOTS INTO THE GAME WITH THE CURRENT OR NEW PROGRAM ONE MIGHT SUGGEST?
PLEASE, IM BEGGING FOR HELP, SO I CAN PLAY WITH ACCURATE BOOTS I THE GAME.THANKS IN ADVANCE.

the afs is 0_text.afs search for spike_ee.bin and spike_gs.bin insert the .bins u downloaded to their corresponding .bins.

oh and program use AFS Explorer, DKZ Studio or WE PES GRAPHIC STUDIO ( I use this.)

Try to search on Chiztopher he had made a clip how to import them.
