How Do I Tone Down Demands To Be Transferred?

What file in the pc version allows me to lower the demands to be transferred by players in a career mode? Every time I start as manager, some big name player demands to be transferred. This must happen all over and that explains why so many big name players always get moved each transfer season. I can't find anything in the transfer ini files. Help!
