How do I edit on line logos????

Dudes,

I am pretty decent in editing now but I haven't found anywhere how to edit logos so that they appear correctly on line. If any kind sould would tell me how to do that and what programs are needed that would be awsome.

I am creating my hometown team on line (we are in serie C1 in Italy and I think we won't make it to komami before the Pes 2020 5th generation console............ :nape: ) as I like playing small teams on line.

Sry don't know it myself. I didn't even know you could create an online team. Is it even possible? Like i think it will be a stupid if you create a team and then put Ronaldihno's and Rooney's in there and go crush everybody.

Actually i just transformed chievo into my hometown team.

I don't like playing with big stars,konami made them like superman, everytime thay hit the ball it gets in!!!!!!!!!
