How different is PC commentary from Next Gen commentary?

Hi guys,

I was just wondering how different is the next gen commentary (for xbox 360 and ps3) from the PC commentary. I have the PC version of the game.

The commentators for xbox 360 and PS3 are Martin Tyler and Andy Gray, i'm assuming it's still Clive Tyldesley and Andy Gray for PC. There's probably a few more names in the next gen commentary and they say better things in general.

Lol, thankfully not. An example of what i meant is "it's another reminder from Cristiano Ronaldo, as if we need one Andy", "Dimitar Berbatov- the beautifully balanced Bulgarian", "The unmistakable Ronaldinho" that kind of thing.

Thanks for the response. I guess better commentary adds alot to the gaming experience. The commentary for the PC version is really average. They really should have Martin Tyler on the PC version as well.

Thats exactly what i thought when i heard the current gen commentary. Tyler is the best english commentator, so it's not surprising that the next gen commentary is better.

I managed to get the 360 version and I am really impressed. The graphics are awesome (well that's expected) and the commentary is really good. There are context specific team and player comments. They should really have the same commentary for both platforms. Fifa 09 on the 360 is simply a better game.

Yeah, specific comments was what i meant when i said they say better things. I think it's better because Tyler and Gray actually work together in real life, whereas Tyldesley has no association with Gray. It should be on both platforms but i expect it's done as another way of persuading people to buy a next gen console and pay extra for the game. Better graphics is the main way they do that though.
