how can i make kits

i like somewone tell me how i can make kits.
please explain me step by step.
i like to stat make some kits because i have time to make some kits.
i have the paitshop pro,but i don´t no how to work with im.
and the templantes i need to now where is the shirt and the shorts and socks.
please somewone help me.
