How can I put my Team in Career Mode...???

I get to the Region my Team is, but they put other Teams not my Team...XP

You have to start with a lowly team. If your team is in the 3 star area, set it as your favorite team in your options. If you have a good first season they will probably hire you. What team is it?

Pretty much yeah, I have Ajax as favs and after one season leading the Hearts from Scotland to the championship and cupwin Ajax hired me :p and my next team will probably be ManU :D
I have almost 3 stars as coach now..

does having the team as your fav reall help you get an offer from that team, b/c I'm doing two careers one with Hull City and one with Real Madrid. I got hired by Hull CIty after my first season, and haven't started my Real Madrid career yet, i'll have to do this to make it easier.

How do you have a career with Real Madrid? Did you simulate all of the games and luckily win most of them, then get offered the job? Or are you playing on PC and using some kind of hack to play with them to begin with?

Just Play Stuntman and put Real Madrid as your Favorite Team and Finsh a Career with a Cheap Team and get Hired by Real...(I think) ;)

Are you saying that you have to simulate or play 15 seasons in order to be able to manage your favorite team? And does it matter where you finish in the league each year?

I find it hard to believe that even if you never do well in your entire career that EA would reward you by allowing you to manage your favorite team out of pity.

And just for the record, I'd never manage Real Madrid, I'm a Barca fan. ;)

I think you gotta Finish only ONE Season with a Team Less that 3 Stars...;) Then get Hired from Barca or Real (Depends which one is your Favorite one) :D

Well, in my first season, I finished first place with 91 points in the English 2nd Division with Northampton (1 1/2 stars), and I didn't get offered a job from my favorite team (Arsenal). I only got a few job offers from EPL teams: West Ham, West Brom, Sunderland, Norwich, Southampton, and maybe one or two others that I can't remember. I also didn't get any offers from any other big European clubs.
