How 2 make created tournament work in career mode???

i dont know how 2 make it...
i create a tournament but it not appear in career mode...
its only appear in tournament mode...
even i already mark "appear in career mode" sign...

HELP ME PLEASE....

Ok,i have also tried this thing!!
Once i created Argentina League,and it was appeard in tournament mode,but career mode not!!!

I really dont know ,why it's not appear in career mode!!
