I can't get all three other clubs to accept the preposition, and the dates become unavailable afterthen. Anyone had this problem?

little tip: if you want the 3 teams to accept, arrange the tournament quite a long time before, so before the new season actually started (the moment when your board state their expectancies)

Just let your Assistant Manager organise one. For some reason he always manages to get some teams for me to play but when I do it myself they always reject aswell.

same for me, i always tell my assistant to arrange friendlies, and i actually got on the amsterdam tournament(H)

I never have any problems arranging it as long as I do it early. With Aldershot, I got some teams like Crystal Palace, Norwich, and even West Ham to join a tournament. I beat Palace, then lost in penalties to West Ham in the final. This was right when I started the game, so I wasn't too good.
