Does anyone know why you WOULDNT see waving flags in the game. I'm having serious issues and its bugging me. Banners are fine but I cant get any teams to show waving flags in the stadium. All teams are set to 0 for generic banner. Also I made flags for my added league and did them manually with rx3 master but doesn't matter if its Saprissa from my patch or fulham, I cant get waving flags to show. Please help.
