well , spanish league dont have banner, first i extracted a random banner with fifa 12 textures editor .
after renamed this banner to 243 ( this is the name to real madrid banner but dont exist in the game) modify the original texture for another in png format ( in my case real madrid ) and after regenerate with fifa 12 textures editor by jor1980.
i know that is possible for all teams in the game without banner..
and that's all , you can insert banner for all team without banners ... you only must know the reference of the team in the game.
i hope that help you and i'm sorry but my english is very bad...

thanks for the answer, but what is the .big file i have to open whit texture editor, can you upload me your real madrid file?
