I know... What are the differences between the two? I mean like getting it on PC, or getting it on PS2?

Main differences are
1. higher resolution on PC = crisper graphics. (as long as yur PC can run it)
2. PC version is MUCH easier edited. on PS2 u need to burn a new CD and mod chip yur PS2 (there are other ways, but none simple) PC you just import new files and play.

you can get a ps2 - pc converter to use a ps2 controller on pc, so theres no difference there.
