collar model number position badge position etc.

Just take a kit template and mess around with stitching and placement of badges, sponsors etc in photoshop until you get a feel for it. A program like what you requested isn't possible since all of those things vary with each kit.

I think he means something like creation master. He wants the rx3 editor of the badge positions and kit number positions etc. Just hold up for CM mate. It will be out sooner or later
