Hey stadium makers please help me!

Hi! I built a g3 stadium (from 0) just to practice. Now i finished the structures, the pitch, textures, flags positions and the crowd. I started the game and my crowd doesn't shakes! I really don't know what to do. Please someone help me. I will upload my stadium when i finish. Please!

did you edit the crowd.fsh or the crowd.rav ?

If you edit the crowd.fsh each picture has to be slightly different to the next. Thats the way how they seem to be moving.

I just edited the *.rav file and assigned all objects with one texture. It seems that i have to associate each object with a different texture, right?

I changed the texture assigments and nothing happened. The crowd is still static. Any other solution? I tried to use the Convrav crowd shaker but it seems that doen't work.

I didn't edited crowd.fsh just crowd.rav and i assigned one texture to each object but it is still static. Do you have any other solution????

check in text file of the crowd.rav

and tell me what is the name of the textures u assigned to.

I assigned the following textures: la01, la02, la03... la10; ha01... ha10. Each object with a different texture.
