Henry: impossible to buy!!!

I'm in my 4th season with Barcelona and have created a team worthy of GREATNES, my prestige is at its limit (all of the stars are filled). I offered Arsenal money for Henry in many occasions, and I got fed up so I offered the game limit a whopping 40.9K!!!! And I got rejected. In other words, he can't be purchased. My team is:

Canizares
Thuram Marquez Maldini R. Carlos
Nedved Zidane
Ronaldinho Pires
Van Nistelrooy Makaay
